1. How long does each lesson last?
2. How many hours do you recommend my child does?
3. Will my child be taught by the same tutor?
4. What do I do if my child is not able to attend their lesson?
5. Do I receive regular updates about my child's progress?
Each lesson lasts for 1 hour. Once your child has enrolled, they will be given a timetable so they can attend their lessons on a regular basis, for example, every Saturday 11am-12pm.
Each student is assessed in their trial lesson. The trial lesson is an opportunity for your child to have a feel of what our sessions are like and also a chance for us to assess what level they are currently working on. After this session, we will discuss with you a plan for your child as well as their recommended hours and regular timetable.
Yes, your child will be taught by the same tutor per subject.
If your child is not able to attend their lesson, you will need to inform us at least 24 hours before so their session can be rescheduled to a different day (outside of their normal timetable). Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are payable in full.

Please see our policy for full details regarding absences, lateness and rescheduling of lessons.
Yes, we will update you regularly about your child's progress and we will also notify you if there are any concerns we have regarding their learning. We always keep parents in the loop as it is in the child's best interest to have a support system both at home and in-lessons so they can reach their academic goals.
1. How do I make payments for my child's lessons?
Once your child has enrolled, you will be sent an email confirmation to set up automatic payments for your child's weekly lessons. This is a recurring invoice and after you make your first payment, payments will be taken out of your account on the same day every week automatically.

Each week's payment corresponds to that same week's lessons.
2. Do you accept bank transfers?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any bank transfers. All payments are to be completed through invoices sent to you via email. This is to ensure you have receipt of payment and you are able to complete payments through a secure network.
3. How do I cancel the payments if I decide to stop my child's lessons?
If you would like to stop your child's lessons, please inform us and we will cancel your automatic payments. You will not be charged any further.
Do you have a referral scheme?
Yes! If you refer a new student to us, your child AND the new student will each be credited a FREE lesson outside of their regular timetable.
